If anybody lost a belt and pliers in Soco last night or this morning,describe them and their yours.

A long belt that secures tightly. It had a pouch on it. The pliers had a handle on each side and swiveled allowing the oposing ends to close or release depending on the motion imparted on the handle ends - is this sufficient?

No pouch either, though
