I'll be heading North on I95 from Nj. What exit do I get off at and what route should I take? The last time we came up we drove 30 mins to far and had to backtrak. Thanks for your help!

Hey Jenty - the best way to come up from the south to Weekapaug B&T is here, Don M posted these directions to his shop....

I95 north to exit 92, go right onto RT 2, follow for about 1 mile to RT 78 go right(sign says RI beaches), follow to end, go left onto US RT 1, at the second light(Dunns corners) go right at the Mobil gas station. Go through 1 light, in about 100 yards you will see the Weekapaug Breachway on your right, you will see a bridge on your right, go right over the bridge, we are the second building on the right.

Guessing from directions JR gave me (see Time and route thread) I would say it would be exit 1 Watch Hill/Westerly and it should be rte 3. Sound right to you?

Before you get to the Mobil station, stop at Bess Eaton for a cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin, yummy! I was there last week(Weekapaug) and had fun for 2 days and nights. If I can, I'm gonna try to get there Saturday AM and meet some of ya's if thats ok? The drive from NJ aint bad('cept goin thru conneticutt,lol) only took me 2hrs 46 minutes from my door.
