Time to drive to Point Judith - 1 hour
Ferry ticket - 10 dollars
Sandwich at the grocery - 5.95 (buffalo chicken salad  )
Friend to drive you to the Bluffs - 2 plugs
Fee paid to wife for 2 days fishing - diamond earrings

$35 a pop, You guys have too much money. They're pretty but those belly hooks are going to marry too often.
Maybe I should sell a few of my Beachmaster 40's.

I believe trolling wood was used alot around cuttyhunk back in the 60's and 70's. Must have been alot of big fish coming over the side then..

Too rich for my blood.

@ 35$ do they have sonar and search for the largest fish....

YIKES!!! I bet they are good but too much for my blood.

Can I ask the reason why they are so expensive?? Is it because the work required to build them or is it the demand of a Habs/Tatoo lure??

thanks

Given the typical custom or high end plug is already 18-25 bucks, a bit more for a limited edition lure with extra heavy hardware and special finish isn't that crazy when you think about it. Not to mention all the R&D that must have gone into making them.

I think the market for these is primarily going to be collectors or people who is target big fish and want to make sure the gear isn't going to fail.

They are special plugs. The look on my wife's face as I grabbed my money clip to go meet a guy named "Tattoo" under the Sakonnet river bridge in the dark pouring rain was special indeed :D :laughs:

I would enjoy one of these, but it looks like I'm a little late on the double click.

Got mine today! My wife's name was on the pay pal and Mike shipped them to her - busted!

Passed out smelling the fresh paint out of the bag.

Can't bring myself to hit the rocks with it . I took an old Tattoo's Tackle insert, bag, and pritinted out a Hab-i-Tat logo to show off to friends.

Mike, any cool boxes you could send me (not Kathleen) to really show off with :D
