This is how I make my cod i plug in the fore man grill spray vegetable oil on griil put freash cod filet skin side down "it stays together better with skin on and doesn't dry out sprinkle old bay seasoning garlic salt and black pepper cook for about 5 minutes until flaky gently lift off grill with spatula leaving skin on grill . then just peel skin off with hands it will come right off feed the skin to your dog good for their coat, next put fresh spinach leaves on grill season with a little butter salt peeper put lid down cook spinach for about 2 minutes serve with fish you can melt cheese on spinach or add tomatoes potoes corn whatever the foreman grill cooks it all santini

My wife and I use the Foreman grill often. Does a great job on fish and fast.

As far as the dogs coat. I wonder if macheral chunks are good. My dog constantly steals a chunk off the dock and chews it. Must be better than chewing the landmines in the back yard.:eek5:

I hate reading this stuff when I am at work. I can almost smell it.
