Right now, the sticking point with NY is Vazquez. The Yankees want to package him in the trade and the D-backs want no part of him, because he'll be one season and gone (he has a no-trade clause and can bolt after a year unless he waives it). Apparently there's a lot of bad blood between Vazquez and the DBs GM.
