did you try contacting them? via email, or phone.
sounds highly unusual to me, my experience has always been positive with them, and I am sure they would like to straighten this out right away. Give them a yell, or PM them here... NJTackle, or Tinman, send them a PM, I'm sure they'd be happy to help you.

Please PM me with your name, address and how you placed the order. We'll get this straightened out....

Thanks!

EDIT: I noticed you said you sent us a check so I'm guessing you placed the order through mail. Just went through my mail pile again and no mail orders outstanding. Again, just PM me on this site or send me an e-mail at mail@njtackle.com and we'll get this straightened out. Please include what address you sent it to. Thanks!

I agree that NJT rocks.. best turn around time anywhere... maybe even slightly better than Salty, which is an impressive turn around in the firstplace....

Now if we can only get those new plug bodies listed.. hint hint hint :D :D :D:D:D:D:D:D

My only "problem" was that I received more items than I ordered. ;)

No lathe = Plug bodies

Charles,

This is my third response to your request - one thru PM and other thru e-mail. So, I am posting here hoping you read this since you are still sending me PM's and e-mails reading as if I haven't responsed to you yet.

I am sorry but I did NOT received any order from you via mail or credit card thru our online store. As I asked in the PM & e-mail I sent you on S-B.com, which address did you send it to?

We recently moved to a new location and I have requested the post office to forward all mail to our new address. Up until this order, we have had no problems with them doing so. But this doesn't mean a letter can not be lost, returned to sender or sent to our old address and kept there by mistake.

If you have a credit card and feel comfortable using it online, please place your order on our secure web server. This is the fastest and most secure way of placing an order.

You may also fax in your order, or send it over via e-mail.

I am sorry for the unanticipated delay on your order. Hopefully you can get it over to me soon so I may process it and get it shipped out.
