I have a home made cooler rack I made like 6 years ago. It is still in great shape, and heavy duty!!
I am able to mount to the truck with 1" square tubing, and carry a cooler with 200+ pounds of fish and ice. Then I on one side and a friend on the other side to lift to loading dock with out ever a problem.
I do not have the tubes as when I sold the truck I was not home and had no time to get them off :smash: But its not hard to get it!!
It was made for a 94 S10 Blazer , then I put it on a Full size 1990 Blazer.
It is made of 1 1/2 spring steel, stainless bolts, and 1/4" Dimond plate Aluminum for the bottom.
Best offer, little cleaning and will be perfect for years to come!!
Thanks!
