Rustoleum Fluorescents = cracking. Don't know about any others.

it's cracking cause your probly putting a fast drying enamel over a slower drying more flexible oil? or latex? base.
all the floresents spray bombs will work pissa,,,, over the right base.

Eben:

Should I give away my Matha Stewart paint secret? OK, It's called Crab Apple Green and the Big Girls loved it in November on an 8" Danny with a white belly and a red chin. Lowes has it

I have had paints for the rattle cans crack but only after I put a clear coat over them. It seems like if you stick with Krylon for all the layers...no problem

I've had no problems using flourescents or metallics over gloss enamel as long as the base coat is fully dry.

The Martha Stewart paints work better when you apply a bit of imported scented rice powder. My personal favorite is "Rue de la Blossome du Pui". Apply liberally to the chest and nether regions.
