The scene opens with the camera pulling skyward......down below are little plug workshops dotting the landscape.....and from each one, a prayer lifts towards the heavens.:scream2: "Please bring Flaptail back"...the prayers say...."please bring Flaptail back"....over and over these prayers are spoken, by heart broken plug builders who believe that this might be.....the year without a Flaptail!:bc: Fast forward to the part where Flaptail wants to leave the site (due to a silly little squabble about.......a plug, and between two very good friends no less) Stan, the guardian angel of Flaptail shows him what life would be like without him.:( On The Water magazine would be dull and dreary.....all of the Cape fisherman would be short......and the first Stan Gibbs plug would be in the hands of an uncaring, money grubbing maniac with no regard for plug history and the plug builders from Striped-Bass.com are all building plugs that are triangle shaped and none of them catch fish......because Flap was not there to start the "Some Plugs" thread for everyone to see the rich history of plugs, their evolution, design and the master builders behind them!;) Flaptail will hopefully see, through his gaurdian angel Stan's eyes, what life would be like without him and come back and join the gang that knows him as a friend and fellow plug lover! The closing scene is one of fellowship at a plug get together.....plugs are being exchanged with goodwill and generosity is abound......because there was a man named Flaptail who learned that it is a wonderful life!:laughs:
Oh Gawd....please bring Flaptail back!
Everytime a plug turns, an angel gets his wings!:D
