Have you looked at Simms? Very pricey but probably the best quality wader out there.

Orvis all the way for the customer service and how they stand behind the product. Last year rock hopping I tore a hole in my pair. Called Orvis and they shipped me a new pair free of charge the next day. Here is the customer service. This pair they replaced were 4 years old. They stand behind the product.

get what ever you feel comfortable with spending they all leak eventually . some just earlier than others . find out who has the best return policy is what would sway me . from my experience llbean , orvis , simms ,cabellas and bass pro all have good return policies . some have changed since the last time I needed to use that service .

Cabelas is great! This is where I would start. The Cabelas brand of waders are very affordable and last.
