Happy Holidays

Team Fishsmith made it to the fantasy football superbowl, now I have to choose a qb.

Bledsoe or Plummer - both teams are at home and are 9pt favorites.
My opponent has 2 players on Denver Ruben Droughns and Ashle Lelie. I have Rod Smith.

For Buffalo I've got WR Lee Evans.

If I were you I would take Bledsoe. They're in a "Must Win" situation at Home, Granted Plummer has more TD passes than Bledsoe but They'll need to beat Pittsburgh in the Air because they're a very tough "Run Defense" team. Lee Evans is also Bledsoes Favorite target having caught the most TD passes on Buffalo.

Denver on the other hand is playing a "Must Win" (maybe) game also against another team thats looking at this as a Pre-Season Game. Indy's run Defense is terrible and Shanahan likes to run the ball so this could be a Big ground game for Droughns. If it is then it will probably be a so-so day for Plummer.

Also Buffalo has been putting up a lot of points the past few weeks so if that holds true Bledsoe should have at least 2 TD passes

But There are probably a hundred guys on the board w/ different views, I'm just giving you my 2 cents. Good Luck

I agree, go with Bledsoe. For reason's stated by TDF and he's been playing pretty well lately. Also, Pittsburgh has wrapped up home field throughout the playoffs, I expect them to be playing backups and resting the starters.

Further analysis. Ben Roethlisberger is not playing (ribs), so Tommy Maddox will start. They will also probably rest Bettis. So I expect the Steelers offense to be a little sluggish. So if the Buffalo defense can contain the Pitt offense, Drew will be on the field for a long time = big game.

Windy and raining in Buffalo, Drew is out, Jake is in. Thanks for the replies.

Smart move Fishsmith I was gonna chime in and say be careful of Steelers Defense no matter what the game means but I wasn't sure about having backups in the whole game, so far there making Bledsoe look well like Bledsoe:rolleyes:

Thank God I took Plummer,
Drews day has come and gone, but you can't be to hard on him, he's taken as many hits as his offensive line.
Team Fishsmith won. :D

Reason #1 why I don't have a fantasy football team.
