Who the hell came to my house today to drop of those Daignault books??? I deleted my Pm's a day or two ago and I cant for the life of me remember your name... I think i'm either comming down with the 'old-timers disease or have baby brain.... Anyway, thank you for swinging by with the books and it was great talking to you, but I cant remember for the life of me who you were :smash:

I'm in a verry embarrasing position here

Please PM me so I will be able to return the books :laughs:

A dash of tabasco here and there adds a little dimension to an otherwise pungent dish. :hihi:

for all memories and specifically remembering a name....

they are stored as pictures in your brain..... after retrieving the picture you then start to see words that go with them

thats when you remember something.... the picture you associate with the particular name or object is called a "TAG"
and the more bizare it is....the easier it is to remember it.

note: never ever! say: damn i can't remember
now... because in that case you just gave your brain a direct order not to remember.... (and.......you won't!! )

it's much better to say this.... a few times, " I am remembering.......or.... it is coming to me....i will remember, and then -> quit trying
so hard for a minute and the memory will drift up to your frontal lobe just like on the bottom of the old eightball toy.

also at age forty or so you produce less oxygen to your brain so taking a suppliment to increase the amount of oxygen to your brain works wonders....and that would be GINKO BILOBA... and it really works....:D
