I have an uncle that used to be a top notch oral surgeon who ruined his carreer because he severed a nerve in his hand with a table saw.

After looking over the website, it doesn't look like they are actually in production. I hope it is legit.

Based on the same idea another tool that has always bugged me out is the tool they use to cut casts (broken arm/leg cast) I don't get it the blade never touches the skin:confused:
