Hey I heard on the news last night that it was the first full moon on halloween in like 40 years!!!! and the next one isnt until 2002.........if thats true......spoooooooky stuff!

Actually, the exact time of the full moon along our coast was two minutes after midnight, making it on Nov. 1. The blue moon will also be in November. Further west in the state and in NY State, it was in October. So maybe for Jenn it was in October. (Sorry, my wife is an astrologer)

Don't ask!!!!!! Let's say that in four days there, I only saw one stripe, and it was white. Wasn't just me either. Arby and I fished about 20 hours together, I did another 10 or so solo, and between us we didn't see one fish caught (okay, I got a ling, a monster skate, and a bunch of small skates).

Of course, I quit fishing at 8 am Monday, and all hell broke loose about two hours later......and thru yesterday anyway.

Arby PM'd me "Stripers, Stripers, Everywhere" on Tuesday. (wind changed northeast to east)

So it goes.

Going back for more punishment two weeks from today......

I'm telling you Steve, you better bring all your pretty Plugs along the next trip. Something in Black especially. I'll try not to catch them all until you get back! Really... I'll try ;) :)
