You can't unclog nozzles...plus I don't have the right tools! Heat back on now......tank is full of sludge, that is the problem just as it was 3 months ago when it did the same thing! I tell the landlord the tank needs replacing, and hey know that is what I do for a living, but still they refuse to do the right thing and replace it! They just keep putting a band-aid on a severed limb!:smash:

Lar, what about puttin' a couple oil filters commin off the tank, help filter out some of that sludge:confused: Did that on my old system and it helped....johnny
