4 Day weekend with my girlfriend before going to Mexico on Tuesday. Trying not to do anything that might mess up the leg and prevent the trip. However....:) Smokey and I are mulling around a nice easy afternoon trip down to East Beach with the ladies Sat or Sunday. Its a maybe but at least there's hope.

Would like to finish a rod that's mostly done before I go to Mexico. That will give it two weeks to rest before I get back and give it a try.

Throwing the boat in the water Sunday morning at Barn Island and fishing light tackle from Napatree to East Beach. If you see a 20' Maritime Skiff with Honda 90 give a shout.

probably gonna fish Sandy Hook tonite. Thats Joisey BTW... :D Anyway probably go there and see wassup.... I think part of it is still being shut down after dark because of Sept 11th but whacha gonna do?? I'll meet up with buckmaster from SOL..be home in time for pancakes....

This weekend...hmm...rods are packed up, leaves are raked...looks like I'll be repairing the Tent Trailer I got for free last week. Oh yeah...working too :( :(

I hear good things about that beach in Westport.
Tommorow I hear at around 12:30 in the afternnon will be a good stage of tide for the area around the mouth of the river. Maybe I get get the wife and kids to hit the beach with me....

I keep saying I have a good feeling bout the horse beach as I drive by on my way to the ditch and outer beaches .

go over the causeway....prak and walk about a mile to the end....fish the hard things that stick out of the water....:D
