so, who's having one?
Last year I got a last minute invite from a friend to watch it at F1 in Braintree, and it was a blast, though we didn't race, we had the pool bar to ourselves!.
Not sure yet if I'll just be home watching it with the family!
Just hope it's a good game!!!

Beginning in 1987, I began a tradition with my buddies to spend Super Bowl weekend at one friend's ski cabin/chalet in Maine. It was always a great get-together for football, poker, adult beverages and skiing.

Last spring the owner sold the place, but we have decided to rent a similar cabin for the weekend to keep the tradition alive.

Go Pats!

Got a few people coming over my house. Got the Big Screen and a bunch of munchies. We usually theme the food after the where the Superbowl is (i.e. New Orleans = Cajun) but WTF am I supposed to do for Jacksonville.

Usually drink like a fish and play some cards too, then spend monday @ work bitching about why they have the Superbowl on a Sunday instead of Saturday. :smash:

Friends house on his 46" something inch Sony Plasma. About 20 people, pot-luck style food, everyone is bringing a huge dish of something. We are all getting there at noon. Texas Hold Em' starts at 12:30. We hope to get in two tournaments before kick-off. Then we settle in to watch the Pats kick ass!:gu:

I will cook up a few goodies and basically spend it with family here at home. I do a low key thing each year and it is quality time and enjoyable. Even though my sposue is not a bif fan of football, there is nobody I would rather watch the game with.
