Isn't there a 22" size limit on cod for comms? what am I missing?

19" for haddock and 22" for cod - Captain John's is a rec boat out of Plymouth

I can't tell if they are legal or not . . . if the "tongue depressors" used as tags are any indication they are certainly not trophys. I've seen some people confuse "No limit on the number of haddock allowed" with "No limit on the size of haddock" they are quickly educated - at least on the boats I fish on.

The other white boot was up my ass. I dropped a nice fish and the skipper (Capt. Bob) wasn't pleased at all. He's a drill sergeant when it comes to these things. :laughs:
