I am useing Aristocrat epoxy,think it works great, but I was wondering what some of you guys use to apply it, acid brushes and a few other expensive brushes I've used still have loose hairs. any suggestions?

Dries in a minute and is enough to hold the bristles in place. Solved 99.9% of my problems with strays. Obviously you just want enough to get into the ferrule and lock the bristles and it only takes a second to do. I do a whole batch in a sitting. By the time Ive done 20 brushes, the first ones ready to use. I like the fact that the acid brushes are wide and can cover a larger area with each stroke. I buy four packs each time I go then take them home and recrimp the brissels with a real good squeeze from a pair pf pump pliers. Hardly a hair falls out but if one does I have a pair of needle nose tweezers that pick them right out.
