LOL Armand spence 02-17-2005, 02:21 PM I came up with this one last fall. It's simply 1/4" metal rod and large picture hangers. About 8 bucks from the hardware store. -spence piemma 02-17-2005, 02:43 PM How come you are always asking me for plugs when you have a wall like that? spence 02-17-2005, 03:05 PM It's a computer simulation :laughs: -spence piemma 02-17-2005, 03:08 PM 106 plugs reelecstasy 02-17-2005, 03:10 PM I counted too:D Bronko 02-17-2005, 03:11 PM Thanks guys. I am going to try the "Spence" approach. I'll post some pluggage when I get around to setting it up. spence 02-17-2005, 03:26 PM It's all done with mirrors :laugha: Bronko, I used two sided tape to hold the mirror hangers to the wall to position them...then nailed them in. The tape provides a small gap which places the rod out just enough for a hook to get through. -spence MAC 02-17-2005, 03:28 PM here is how they hang in the garage Bronko 02-17-2005, 03:49 PM MAC you got them in every room of the house?;) MAC 02-17-2005, 04:18 PM Originally posted by Bronko MAC you got them in every room of the house?;) got more in the basement too;) Slipknot 02-17-2005, 05:08 PM count these http://www.bmwoodworking.com/brucefishing/wall.jpg Bronko 02-17-2005, 05:14 PM Wow....I need plug help.:( RI Popper 02-17-2005, 05:20 PM Slip, now that's what I'm talking about. :) Diggin Jiggin 02-18-2005, 11:28 AM Last sunday I built a quick plug rack out of some leftover 1X2 pine I had laying around and a handful of dowels. I took two 8 foot 1X2s and clamped them together and then drilled 1/2 inch holes thru both of them about every 4 inches apart. Then I basically just formed the 1X2's into a rough rectangle and put a couple of nails thru the top into an exposed floor joist in my basement. I just insert the dowels where I want them thru the 1/2 in holes so you can have different width shelves depending on what you've got to hang. I got a lot of EMPTY shelves.... But I'm working on that....:D TheSpecialist 02-18-2005, 04:39 PM Someone recently asked me for some towel racks, you know who you are if it was you pm me, and I will see if I can get some. I forgot who it was :( :smash: winchmaster 02-19-2005, 10:44 PM I did the dowel rack a few months back.
