Released by the Pats today!:laughs: tynan19 02-25-2005, 04:47 PM They still have a lot of dealing to do because of the cap. I heard Teddy won't be back.:af: FishWebb 02-25-2005, 04:47 PM Many Pats fans saw this coming. His being on the sidelines didn't seem to hurt the the Pats so much this year. There will be tons of free agents and they have a few good draft picks. I have a feeling the D will be OK.:D afterhours 02-25-2005, 06:41 PM ya had to see it coming- high cap#, called bill a liar, we won sb, bye bye ty. hope you can earn enough jack to feed your family. Squid kids Dad 02-25-2005, 07:42 PM We all saw it coming....No surprise...Huge cap #..And the Pats won without him.... Vectorfisher 02-25-2005, 08:42 PM Think Parcells will pick up Ty Law?? Tynan where did you hear news about Tedy?? Originally posted by tynan19 They still have a lot of dealing to do because of the cap. I heard Teddy won't be back.:af: In The Surf 02-26-2005, 09:53 AM Heard Crennel may pick him up as part of his rebuilding of the Browns. fishsmith 02-26-2005, 10:04 AM Lets put his $$ toward Mushin Mohammed, for ring #4. How is Ty going to feed his family? Raider Ronnie 02-26-2005, 05:01 PM Originally posted by fishsmith Lets put his $$ toward Mushin Mohammed, for ring #4. How is Ty going to feed his family? Bears signed Mohammed today! Vectorfisher 02-26-2005, 05:21 PM I thought the Pats had to get rid of Law because of the cap#?? Surfcastinglife 02-26-2005, 05:55 PM his cap # would've been like 12 million this year? i think that's what the number was, well yes thats why he was released fishsmith 02-27-2005, 08:30 AM 12 hrs on the free market Mush went fast. I believe the pats will be putting Ty's money to lock up Joe Montana, I mean Tom Brady :D . Unrelated news, running back Mourice Clarette, had a horrible try out at the NFL combine in Indy, ESPN reported that on draft day he's a late round pick at best and might go undrafted. He shoulda stayed in school. rexhamer 02-27-2005, 09:46 PM Let's not bash Ty Law on his way out the door! Had a great career here. I realize he did not endear himself to BB and some fans, but he played well, played hard and played injured during his time here. I will always remember him limping into the endzone returning an interception against the Titans during the 2003 regular season (Win #1 of the 21-game winning streak!). Wasn't he the one saying he needed to feed his family and a few other STUPID and selfish statements! Drew Bledseo said all the right things and left this town with class by taking out a full page ad in the Boston Herald thanking the fans for the time he spent in this town and he gets bashed all the time! Vectorfisher 02-28-2005, 04:07 PM Wasn't he the one saying he needed to feed his family and a few other STUPID and selfish statements! Sure was and he must have some awfully fat a$$es in his family cause 12 million goes a pretty long way when buying groceries and college education and cars and houses and vacations and well you get where this is going:rolleyes: The Dad Fisherman 02-28-2005, 04:15 PM I saw his house on MTV's Cribs...didn't look poverty level. But I do agree with Rexhamer, I always liked him here and he always played hard for us...I wish him well. TheSpecialist 02-28-2005, 06:55 PM BYe Bye Law who needs him??? They released Phifer today... fishsmith 02-28-2005, 09:28 PM Lots of teams need a shut down corner, and Ty plays even bigger in big games (you know the Pats have been in some big games lately :hihi: ) vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
