Anyone know anything about it?

its pretty old has kevlar if i remember right .Was one of the guide groovers If i remember right.

yeah.. used it flukin the first year it came out... didnt like it, found it stiff and tough to work with... didnt notice any guide damage from grooves though...

i fished it on a schoolie rod like 2 yrs ago. it was nice, and inexpensive.

i like stealth and the stren superbraid better.

I used to use it on my freshwater gear for years. Good price, but not as quality as Spiderwire or Berkley. I now use Spiderwire...love it!

It eats guides really well. Use a newer version of braid that is guide friendly.

I use Gorilla Braid on my fluke rods for 6 or 7 years now. I have never had a problem. My leader is 30# mono tied directly to the braid. I fish commercially and this line gets used. It was green and over the years has bleached out to near white. We tried to use it on live eels at night for bass, but when we got tangled it turned into a nightmare. I use Power-pro on my bass spinning rods, and find it better than Gorilla Braid. Never in my fishing experience have I found line that would last for 6 or 7 or more years like Gorilla Braid.
