i have a st. croix rod that broke at the end of last season casting a plug. splintered in the middle. can i send back to the tackle shop or should i mail it back to manufacturer??? $130 i paid for the thing.:af:

I will say it kinda tough to break it in the middle.
usually happens from being stuck on botton and forcing it or casting to much weight.
