Right now in Rhode Island 12:30 pm March 9th - this has to be the lowest low tide I have ever witnessed. If you're near the water check it out. The westerly winds has pushed the water out so that some areas that never are dry are now high and dry. Good day for clamming.

Good day for scouting out structure, wish I was there.

Maybe JohnR will lend me his rake, he has had it over a year.

DZ --I just told my wife /the exact same thing //the closed A <B, & east greenwich // I don,t have a place close enough to dig that I can get to by truck //& not miss the tide

I,m really pissed I didn,t see this coming //of i,d be in Jamestown or the so.co ponds right now :af:

Wow, it's dead low at Anthony point and looks like someone pulled the drain on the Sakonnet !

I noticed that too today going over the newport bridge, saw a lot of rose island ive never seen.
