Combine all dry ingredients for bread dough in a bowl, then pour in oil and water. Mix until combined to a ball, and knead for 15 minutes.2. Cover with a tea towel and prove for 1 hour – the dough will grow by about 30%.3. Then roll dough out to about 5mm thick and cut with a star shaped pasty cutter.4. When you have a pile of starfish begin to fill: Place 1 tsp of filling in centre of star and cover with another piece of bread. Seal edges using a fork.5. Cook either on a BBQ plate for 5 minutes each side or in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
