It looks similar to the one pictured, except there is no locking mechanism on the reel end as it is several years old. I have both parts, front and back, as well as a set of Thule "ski holders" I used for the front section. The original front part has the foam replaced with foam pipe insulation. I also removed the original reel "grabbers" as they were sun rotted. You can still buy replacement "grabbers" for about $6 each. So in reality, you are getting two racks if you want to use the Surfcaster rack for one, and the Thule for the other. New, the Surfcaster locking version goes for $369, plus I paid $50 for the Thule used last year. $200 takes it all. I will consider a trade involving a 360 slammer, smaller Daiwa Capricorn, smaller Quantum Cabo, or similar spinning reel as a trade or trade plus cash. Due to the size, shipping is OUT. I will be in Old Saybrook CT this Saturday, and would be willing to meet half way depending on your location. PM me with offers.
