What's up for the weekend?

The MSBA Show (http://www.msba.net/main/index.php) of course!

S-B will be well represented in that I have a booth there for our members to come and chuckle around at plus many of our members and sponsors will hav e booths there as well... And on another side note - this show will be our 5th Anniversary for Striped-Bass.com as we launched at the MSBA show in 1999 at Cordage Park (how many of you remember that? Besides OX? ). So, this weekend we mark the beginning of S-B's 6th year as a community! And major thanks to all of you that make it happen :btu:

And please, stop by and say hello when you do see us :)

Plug Fest Attendees - A lot of people went to PLugFest '05 and were supposed to recieve S-B stickers. Some picked those up at Too Cold but there are others that have not. Most also did not add their name to the Sticker List - I will have stickers for you at the show!

Volunteers - I will esctactic to periodically turning the booth over to any of you for a half hour here or hour there so I can stretch, a nature call, or maybe buy schtuff. Seeing that we are not selling anything, there is no hard work to do other than to say hello to anyone that may have a question or two.

Thanks and I hope everyone has a great weekend and that every weekend gets warmer from here on out!

Thanks!

John

I remember the birth of SB at Cordage ;)

I should be there around noon or so on Saturday and I'll be able to spell you if you need a break or your money's burning a hole in your pocket. After spending 3 grand on chimney repair and another 1500 clams on repairs to Christine's Exploder, I'm not going to be in the market for much schtuff. :(

Ah yes Cordage, how far the MSBA folks have brought this show, and how S-B has grown! I don't miss the parking at Cordage that first year :scatter:

John, I'll be down in the morning. Put me in to spell you for a bit. How about some nametags or a check in just to see who and how many S-B members are there?

John, I'll be around to give you a break. Went out of work today with a bad knee, so i'll be a good candidate to sit on my arse and talk up S-Bass.com.

My buddy lives in Halifax and is having a party so maybe there will be another afterhours hoedown. :buds: See everyone there. :wavey:
