I could use some advice. I am hoping this year to visit the Cape either in Sept. or Oct. I have heard the fishing can be exceptional that time of year, however I could use some feedback. I have never fished there after August!!! Is there any specific differences such as times of day, bait, lures, etc.???
I normally try to fish at night, dusk, or dawn with sandeels. I have only tried regular eels a couple of times and I would rather not go into details other than things usually got ugly after I launched three into "freedom" within ten minutes!!!!
Thanks, Jenn

Jenn, its a great time to fish the Cape. The fish start to really feed as they ready and start he fall run!! There should be a noticeable increase in the feeding. This usually improves the daytime fishing as well... Keep up with the same baits but don't give up on the Eels. They are mystical in their performance at times...
