View Full Version : Anyone here own, run, or work at a body shop in the RI / Fall River/Attleboro area?
JohnR 04-20-2005, 11:05 AM My truck got rear ended this morning, not bad but the bumper and maybe a little more. I want to get it looked at and an estimate...
I'm wondering if anyone here has a shop/works at a shop in the local RI/Southern Mass.
Thanks!
John
partsjay 04-20-2005, 11:07 AM John, I don't work @ a body shop...but I'm a Parts Manager @ a dealership....can recommend somebody if you like.
Swimmer 04-20-2005, 11:19 AM Go see Sokolove, he'll get you a new truck and you'll have dough left over for a new cottage..........
Karl F 04-20-2005, 11:27 AM John... I'm sure you know, but, make damn sure they use original parts, especially the bumper, no el-cheapo aftermarket crap.
Best of luck with it.

Saltheart 04-20-2005, 12:35 PM What a coincidence. I got rear ended friday too. Same deal , truck looks OK but worth a checkup. I haven't had it looked at yet. too busy.
ejk002 04-20-2005, 05:56 PM Go see Rui and Distinctive Autobody in Westport, had two of my cars done there and they do awesome work. My friends brand new audio was wiped out and he not only fixed it perfect he found a broken mount and go them to pay for a new motor since a new car (3000 miles) shouldn't have alum welds in places where there will be massive strain from drive pulleys.
I looked up his number 508-636-2059
