I just bought a Humminbird Piranha Max 20. Does anyone have one. What do you think about it? Any hints to using one that you may have picked up?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I don't trust the fish ID readings as much. I've paddled over schools of bass that I could see without picking up a reading and have nailed bass in areas that should have been empty. If you are tough on your gear, take advantage of their 1-year warranty period. I started to experience intermittent power problems last fall and sent mine back in over the winter. It came back with a new PCB and a software upgrade. BobEver 05-09-2005, 01:31 PM Hooked: Thanks for your reply. irishcurse 05-10-2005, 06:06 PM I use one on my yak too. Pretty basic machine, no problems yet. Cheap enough to toss when I dunk it. Tom vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
