union went on strike today , looks like its going to be a long one , looks like i will have the whole summer to fish , boat costs about $50.00 a day to use so i will pick my days and get in a good amount of surf fishing , first trip planned wed. nite the canal , i can feel it this is the year i get a canal fish (and not another starfish):bounce:

i do , i'm an underground lineman . i have to walk the line all this week but starting next week only 1 day a week , no money but lots of fishing time if i can keep my shoulder in 1 peice

Spent some time at Mass. Ave. Garage, Watertown Central Shop, L St. + Mystic before they sold us to Sithe? Exelon? Now BosGen??
Seems strange to be in the same union with multiple companies/contracts you guys out, and us still working. :huh:

Do you think that with a masters in electrical engineering and thirteen years experience that NSTAR will hire me as an exempt employee eventhough there is a strike.
