NOAA is seeking to fill vacancies on its Science Advisory Board. This 15-member Board advises the NOAA administrator on long-and short-term strategies for research, education, and application of science to resource management and environmental assessment and prediction. As a Federal Advisory Committee, the Board must contain a balance of viewpoints, as well as represent various geographic regions of the country and diverse sectors, including industry, academia, science, and the general public. Nominations must be received electronically by June 8.
