A friend just called who was down to the Cape this past weekend, knowing I'm heading for the Cape 6-11 for the week and told me a 50 lbs bass was taken off Nauset Beach. Has anyone else heard of a big bass from Nauset? I know a big one was taken on bait on the bay side about a week ago, I asked if maybe the same fish he said no. A few big girls around anyway.

I was there Sun.-Mon didnt hear or see anything like that

It wasn't Nauset Beach.. it wasn't Ocean Side either..... it was a couple pounds heavier than 50... area that always produces large this time of year...
