Hooper 06-10-2005, 04:25 PM I hear ya, fog sucks. I don't mind running in it so much, but it puts a cramp in the fishing sometimes, don't it? Sheez, there could be rip that looks real good but if you can't see it, you may not know it's there! Last week we fished the Wasque area in the fog. Over the last three years, I have fished there a few times each year, but hardly know it well, so our fishing was only so-so. As a kid, I worked as a mate on a charter out of Harwichport and got to be very comfortable in the fog (didn't have a choice) and I am glad I had that experience now that I am fishing the same waters as an adult. Not like the Bay guys who freak out when the fog moves in..... :biglaugh: redlite 06-10-2005, 05:05 PM The thing that scares the hell out of me is when (especially off of Chatham), you are drifting along in fog that is so thick you can't see past the anchor pulpit, and hear a motor only to have some chuckle head come blasting along out of the fog feet away with NO RADAR. :whackin: beachwalker 06-10-2005, 10:05 PM i'm scared.....   vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
