Here is a bracket I made to attatch the drill to a work bench. I think it makes it easie to drill the plug. If anyone is interested let me know I will make up some more. I get the parts in work. Also if anyone wants some aluminum tape let me know I can get that in work also. I have had luck with this rig by using a 2x4 block around the bit and drilling 6" on each end. Then move the block back to expose more bit and drill each end again till they meet. Then remove the block and run the bit through once to clean it out. The block controls some of the bend and wobble of the bit. After the drill was mounted I placed the block on the bench touching the end of the bit. I drilled through the block, now the hole is at the same height as the bit. I fasten the block with 2 drywall screws, loosening and moving as nescesary.

Specialist, I had that same problem with keeping center with mine...kept coming out of the " Cheeks " instead of the center :D:D

...Is this how you hooked up that 2x4 ...sliding it back and forth when needed?.....it looks like it'll work..good thinking!!

Yes , except I have my block flipped up on a side, only expose about 5"-6" for the first holes and go slow.
