I was in Bristol, Connecticut yesterday and today to visit some relatives and to fly fish the farmington river wich i had never been too. Well, naturally i needed a temp. out of state licence so i headed over to wal mart and to my amazement they are not allowed to sell out of state licences. I was told you could only get them at the town hall. Well its was 5 o clock on a friday so how the hell was i to get one for this weekend??! :mad: Whats up with CT and this crap? Or was the walmart guy just a retard? I fished anyway without it cause i couldnt get one. Dumbest thing i have ever heard, i can only get one at the town hall? Good job CT, you guy make it a pain in the ass for out of state anglers :mad:
