MakoMike 07-06-2005, 09:46 AM Works great until someone washes the windshield with detergent. :( Finlander 07-06-2005, 11:07 AM Works good on both glass and plastic. I try to use it before every trip. fishsmith 07-06-2005, 01:35 PM Good to know, thanks. ....hmmmm, I wonder if I made a 'Marine' version and charged $15 a bottle .... Roger 07-06-2005, 03:54 PM Works good on both glass and plastic. I try to use it before every trip. I was warned not to use it on plastic (plexiglas) by the shop that made my winshield. They told me that it will cause it to haze and yellow over time, similar to using windex on it. Fish On 07-06-2005, 04:21 PM I've been using it for a couple years and haven't seen any effect of yellowing, but it may not have been long enough. For me it works great and lasts several weeks and through several washings using simple green. When I apply it I always put on 2 coats as the directions instruct. I don't have windshield wipers so this stuff is critical for those wet rides. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
