Just bought a boat to get myself out on the water this year. Last year was too much fun on my friends boat :) Been floating herring from the shore. And, sorry if this is a no no question. Feel free to tell me to go swim if it is.... Are people having success with tube and a worm this year? I've been focused on shoreline fishing so I havent paid any attention to whats working off a boat for trolling. Just curious.

Thanks guys.

If they are not fresh - fohgetaboutit..............frozen will melt in your hand when defrosted.

Out in the NW we use them EXCLUSIVELY for salmon fishing. We use them no less then 1 day old, and we stored them in a near frozen slurry of saltwater, but not frozen. Seems to keep them crisp.
