BigFish 07-25-2005, 07:00 PM :lurk: BigBo 07-25-2005, 09:26 PM Here we go again. :lurk: This is just like "Groundhog Day". striperboy3754 07-26-2005, 06:26 AM Sorry Guys :rude: :rude: :rude: Fishpart 07-26-2005, 07:38 AM I use the #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& (patent pending) method of hooking down mouth and out the bottom. I keep them on ice to calm them but I DO NOT WHACK MY EEL. They seem to settle down after a while and perk right up right before a ($%(%& bluefish bites them in half.... jbapinoy 07-26-2005, 10:36 AM Well the boy just want to know there's nothing wrong with that. Is this the purpose of a Striped-Bass Forum or am I in a wrong site. Fishpart 07-26-2005, 10:43 AM YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.... Hope this helps, also take a look in the how to section for the keep cool bucket that should help you out, best to handle the eels with either a dry rag, or a green scrubbing pad. Its good to see a young man with some ambition and not glued to an xbox. :claps: Playing vidiot games The Dad Fisherman 07-26-2005, 12:12 PM I hook 'em under the jaw and out either left or right eye socket depending on where Im located in relation to any current in the area. I'm curious as to the difference on the Eye Socket. Why does the current matter on this? CANAL RAT 07-26-2005, 03:11 PM keep the eels COLD! it slows them down they will livin up once in the water or you can whack there tail that stunns them. you can hook them up through the eye or the "eel man" way S-Journey 07-26-2005, 03:17 PM Its good to see a young man with some ambition and not glued to an xbox. :claps: Playing vidiot games Yes indeed! striperboy3754 07-26-2005, 03:27 PM Thank you, you two...And yes I now how to keep them.... It spitted out its own blood or excrete blood. I have no ideas. Water and ice dont mix in the bucket. Just ice them down and sling when u get to your spot. Why does the current matter on this? It lets the eel swim or drift in a more natural way. Notaro 07-27-2005, 11:14 AM :liquify: im going to kick y'all asses CANAL RAT 07-27-2005, 11:29 AM next time keep the eel in the bag :uhuh: :laughs: didnt your mother teach you should not to whack your eel it will fall off Nebe 07-27-2005, 11:40 AM Just ice them down and sling when u get to your spot. Dont beat the eel to much.. you will loose interest in girls :tm: The Dad Fisherman 07-27-2005, 11:42 AM It lets the eel swim or drift in a more natural way. So which eye for which type of current. would it be if the current is flowing left to right you would put it in the right eye (as you're looking at it) and visa versa ThrowingTimber 07-27-2005, 11:54 AM yes tdf my bad I made up a lil diagram yesterday but never put it up..
