Members of S-B .com >>

the original post started by JohnR [Thanks Again} went with Sheila this morning /. I know she appreciated it / as did myself & family ,,Thankyou

A special thanks to the members that went out of the way .giving up time & miles to pay respects to that special lady ..there is noway you could know how that made me feel .

Sheila fished & in earlier years fished alot , She new we weren,t always ,loud mouthed drunken fisherman / she new that it wasn,t about the catching fish every time ya go // she was aware of the peace it gives all of us / & she was glad I had that in me // she was also thrilled that I actually met some other fisherman / and that I fished ,B/S & went to Cutty . everyone of you she met she liked ,she went to the TCTFFN Twice & as always had a great time /& could have cared less that she didn,t see me much that night .. this past Feburary she was too sick to go // but made me promise to go & say over so she wouldn,t have to worry [ she felt better with me steering a boat]] than a car ..
Near the end of her life I spent most of my time home with her // yet because she understood & the support of my family I was able to go down the street a few nights to fish //One evening I went down with my son & JohnR camre down ,as usual BTT he got there it was over /yet it was a great night for B/B >>
The Night Sheila passed /I went down again / flay calm and fish breaking , I stood in the shadows & watch them as some came up slapping the surface chasing bait & the larger ones swirling just under the surface ,leving very little notice that just had a snack .. I brought no rods that night /It wouldn,t have been right ...
I just got back from there again /plenty of bait ,a few fishing breaking ,a couple of hits /but three errors>.

Last night as soon as we got into the car to go home /my daughter-inlaw .could not help but remark how polite & kind the members from this site were last night // there was a good turnout for Sheila / MANy other realtors / but my family new who you were even if I didn,t geta chace to tell [I apologize] & I do also for not being to spend some time with you all /.. as before you will always be welcome in my home ...

And last but I hope not least I did my best to cleanup & not screw-up for her & my Family
Thanks Again MIKE

Mike,

I really wanted to be there, but my work schedule would not allow it. In any case, you are in my thoughts. May time strengthen your memories and help to heal your pain.

See you soon,
-Dave

I've never met you Mike, but you sound like a real class act. Sorry about your lost and your family is in my prayers. I couldn't help fight back the tears and the lump in my throat in reading all the great things the members here said about you and your wife. I sincerely hope someday I get to meet you and wet a line or two.

Sorry I couldn't make the service Mike, but I just couldn't juggle my schedule, but I was with you in spirit as you know. I can't wait until you have some free time to get out and relax again, just call me when you are ready, I know you need some time to take care of everything.

Tight lines my friend.

Clammer,

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sorry I too could not make it to pay my respects.

You went out of your way during my trying times even though you had your own problems to contend with. You are the best.

God Bless
