What's up for the weekend?

Working on the boat and maybe some yard work - what are you doing this weekend?

We have decided thjat the canal has no fish and probably will take august off and start looking to Sept. There's a million household chores I'm trying to catch up on after a relatively idle winter do to my toe operation. Tonight , its fix the ceiling fan! Tomorrow , its something else off the never ending list. The joys of home ownership!! :(

Heading north to visit the lil'womans family;
Camping and hiking and a few drinks;
No fishing till at least Sunday night.....

Halibut, sturgeon, Salmon and Stripers on the west coast :buds:

Unfortunately I did'nt end up going to C hunk this week. Trout fishing in the ams for me. And kid shuffling

Heading to Home Depot to purchase Weber Grille, hopefully figure out how to put in together, then cook out on it for remainder of the weekend. Fish next weekend "finally"

i would cut back on the steamers. too much. that looks like a menu for 15-18 ppl, so I would cut back to 10-12 lbs of steamers. Unless anyone knows what is good to do with leftover steamers, they alway just end up as fertilizer for me.

Also, no chowda???

Friday hang with the inlaws....they go back to Fla. tomorrow. :happy:

Sat AM....try and find some fish...I don't even care if they have teeth at this point.

Sat Night have a wedding to go to .

Sun AM....fish....then relax.

We're doing the lobsters separate from the clam bags, We'll make up probably 30 clam bags too. I'm figuring on a bunch of people not wanting seafood or being unable to eat it.

I'm headed to the island of Nantucket for the viking rendevous. Now I'm not a wealty man but I have a few wealthy friends who were kind enough to invite me. We will probably head out off shore one day and spend one day fishing for stripers and fluke around the island. Any suggestion? PM me if you don't feel like spot burning :devil2:

Weather predicts high surf, especially on south beachs due to the offshore hurricane. BE VERY CAREFUL and have fun.

I hope your not serious about the lyme's disease? That's not something you want to mess around with. Lost a friend to it a couple of years ago. Hope it's just a bug you got. Get well and get fishing!

I can barely walk up my stairs :( Joint pain, shortness of breath, shakes, johny trots ... it sux.

Fishing Jeffries Ledge Saturday for tuna and groundfish. If good, may do the same on Sunday.

Fishing tonight with a couple friends, and same tomorrow down in Rhodie. Its going to be a scup fishing adventure. Trying to get my buddies girlfriend into fishing so he can go more often, the whip gets cracked on the poor boy. Maybe if she catches dinner and likes it she will mellow out a bit.

Shuck them and freeze in their juice. Then make clam cakes and chowder with them. It's a shame to use them as fertilizer.

Tonight-Sunset to sunrise cuz I need it.

Sat.-Take care of some long awaited things and then Seekonk Speedway for the modifieds.

going to sleep in sat morning ,after a 65 hr work week . clean up boat on sat. bring to dealership i want to trade up to a parker . fish on sun hoping the fishing is beter , 2 skunks out of the last 4 trips but thats fishing.

I have my toy boat hooked up and ready to go chase some fish in the AM after a long hard week of slaving.

fish plum island tommorow AM. and probly sunday, and monday.

Going to bounce some cod jigs with the other members of team Ave Maria on my boat,
Possibley look for some footballs also, and jig some wire line for our limit of bass on the way back in!!!

I am heading to ME for a few weeks of vacation, most fishing will be freshwater with a few trips to the salt. The in laws have a place on Damariscotta Lake- just written up on OTW
