I need a car hauler trailer to go get my Suburban, in NY..
just need trailer(not a dolly) and straps/chains...

I have one, but I am required to carry liability ins on my commercial truck ins policy !!!
I'm not sure what the requirements are for say renting one from U/haul or some other rental place.
You might want to check on that!
