Okay, not fishing related but I had to ask.
I got a new neighbor about 1 year ago. His house is a very well kept Cape with an extension kitchen. Okay, since this guy moved in he has done the following (to what was already a really nice house):
- entire re-lanscaping, including taking down about 20 large Oaks
- tore up his gardens and had a new walkway and fieldstone wall added
- re-roofed the entire house
- re-guttered the house
- re-sided the entire house
- just had the driveway re-paved completely
- added a farmers porch and breezeway
All of this in a 2 - 3 month timeframe....
What's your guess on this price tag? Unbelievable.....the house was near mint to begin with before he did any of this work......
