Afterhours' bone Jr. Spookster just gave me the coolest hookup ever. I got out of work early and drove down to RI spur of the moment, with about an hour and a half left to dark. I stalled and stalled using my best plug (the jr.) because of my Notaro-like mishap last month. I didn't want to lose it again. But I figured, if I did lose it, I wouldn't have to worry about losing it anymore. Anyways... So I'm at the very end of my retrieve. To me, it was over and time to cast again. A big wave starts to curl over...almost black underneath...s#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&g the plug under...a striper barrels out of the blackness, out of the water, and slams the plug, tail shaking. So, so sweet. It wasn't even keeper-sized, but that coesn't matter, because it was definitely a very cool event to witness. So yeah, thanks, and keep up the good woodwork, AH! :bounce:
