I've been doing my usual drives around upper Narragansett bay looking to see if there are any signs of breaking fish on the shoreline yet. Not much in the way of breaking fish yet but there seems to be TONS of peanut bunker around. I'm liking the prospects of a good fall in the bay! :soon: anyone else notice the same thing?

The point Judith area had some nice risers last weekend, but it didn't last long.

I went for a snorkle today and had the camera. At one point I was surrounded by baby herring spilling out of one of the harbors.

Certain places this weekend I couldn't reel in without snagging some bait. Had numerous schools of bait bouncing off my leggs.
