It seems to be hot and cold, depending on when we're on-line.

I'm really getting frustrated with Cox's occasionally "high-speed" internet service! At these prices, this thing should SMOKE all the time!

Mine has been good since the switch. When doing a big download its only pumping out about 125K on average. I used to get as high as 450K when they first started way back when. Same computer and same program on my end.
