View Full Version : Clearing my hisrory on google search RLC100 09-12-2005, 07:28 PM My cable co has google search on its tool bar, I need to be able to erase it.Going into control panel and clearing history doesnt do it. Some how I have some bad searches. thx :conf: Nebe 09-12-2005, 07:36 PM you can clear it right on the google tool bar..right click were you would enter your search... you should see clear history down at the bottom. Raven 09-13-2005, 07:06 AM you can also search by date... hit start button> search> find files or folders then in advanced options-> in search.... you can enter todays date or yesterdays date or a whole month for all files that were "created" and see what shows up on the list or.................. you can also use the wild card asterisk trick ******* the asterisk is the wild card you use to find all files ...say jpgs, gif's, bmp , doc's ect. in the search bar (find all files) put in: *.jpg or *.gif *.doc and every one on your computer will be listed. this works for any file extension.
