I finally caught my first striper on a plug today. It was only a schoolie but it felt awesome! I also caught two big bloofish, also on a plug. It's been hard to "break the habit" of chunking (not that there's anything wrong with that). But today was sort of unplanned so I went with it. I'm "hooked"!

I also got my first fish on a plug this morning. Just started from the surf/beach this summer and progressed from lost lures and tangled lines to finally a big swirl, a nice pop and a decent sized blue fish. I'm sure you guys and gals forget the days when one fish is a great day but it was for me.
