I just bought a 1975 26' Pacemaker. It is located in Cape May NJ, and I need to pick it up and bring it back to CT before 15 Oct. I am looking for a trailer that will carry around 7500 lbs and is roadworthy enough for 10 hrs on the road. I would be willing to rent one for the day if someone has one. I would also be interested in buying one if the price is very reasonable...can't afford a lot after the purchase of the boat. Please let me know if any of you have something that will fit my needs. I am not sure how much mine will hold. 7500 pounds is a lot to be towing. How much does it cost to pay somebody. How wide is the boat. I think you need a special permit if its beemy.

It will cost about 1100 to have it shipped from Cape May NJ to Milford CT. :mad: Towing it is lookin better and better. It has a 9-6 beam...and yes i need a permit, but i don't plan on gettin one :rotf2:
