He wrote a good article.... he is a good guy from what I hear... I may never fish his spots but it was interesting...

All SPOTS get revealed one way or another...give the guy a break.......he is a teacher in my opinion.

God Bless

I read the article and respectfully I don't agree with you. I hope that anyone who "skips a few grades in striper school" because of the article will somehow progress on their own from that point instead of waiting for the 2006 article.

Those spots are all public access, and no secret to those who put in their time. As for crowds showing up, Napatree is too far of a walk for the average yahoo, and some of the others are too hard for those who don't know how to fish to catch anything. 1 or 2 trips and leaving empty handed will discourage most of them from returning.
If you aren't looking for specifics, what are you buying the magazine for? We are all looking there for new spots, just get pissed when our favorites show up in print.

Indanite - I agree, he is a good guy, a good angler, and a "teacher" to those interested. He is not shilling for a living. However, he did go over the top and he shouldn't have done that, and I think those that allowed him to should have looked at the long term interests instead of short term gain. But I also think with the amount of "Spot" threads running at the moment, we don't need to open yet another.
